2) Select the wallet you want to top up
3) Copy the address/QR code
4) Top it up via your external wallet
5) Expect a confirmed transaction status in the blockchain, the cryptocurrency will appear in your BIMW wallet instantly!

1) Log in to the "BIM Wallet" application, or to the "Personal Account" on the BankInMind website
2) Click on the "Wallet" section
3) Scroll down to the "Conversion" window
4) Choose the cryptocurrency you want to exchange and which you want to receive in return
5) Enter the amount and click "Transfer"

If you want to withdraw cryptocurrency to an external wallet, follow the following instructions:
1) Log in to the "BIM Wallet" application, or to the "Personal Account" on the BankInMind website
2) Click on the "Output" section
3) Select the wallet you need and enter the transfer amount
4) Insert the recipient's address and click on the "Withdrawal" button
5) Transactions take place instantly, the transaction status is tracked in the "Withdrawal History" If you want to withdraw cryptocurrency to a Bank In Mind user's wallet, follow the following instructions:
1) Log in to the "BIM Wallet" application, or to the "Personal Account" on the BankInMind website
2) Click on the "Output" section
3) Select the wallet you need and enter the transfer amount

1) Go to the main menu of the BIM Wallet application / or to the "Personal Account" on the BankInMind website
2) Go to the "More" -> "Language" section
3) Choose the language you need

1) Log in to the "BIM Wallet" application, or to the "Personal Account" on the BIM website
2) Go to the "More" section -> "My profile"
3) Click "Exit"
